The surface of your deck is first sanded using a dust containment system to reduce the airborne dust particles. The second step is to use a water based deck cleaner and stripper that is biodegradable and friendly to plants and animals which cleans the rest of the surface, pickets and rails.

Reusing the original decking reduces the waste going to the landfill. Most decks are built using treated lumber that is resistant to the natural breakdown cycle. By using Tuff Decks water based elastomeric coating you reuse the current decking and get a lasting, protective coating that is safe for the environment, kids and pets.
