TuffDecks® is committed to providing the finest products that will give you long lasting, high quality protection and waterproofing for any deck surface. We stand behind our product with a 50-year limited warranty. All that’s required is a yearly cleaning and a recoat every 12-15 years.
We guarantee that all application procedures are done in strict adherence to all Manufacturer specifications. TuffDecks® warrants all labor for a period of 5 years from original application, subject to customer adherence to all Manufacturer Terms and Conditions.
Product Manufacturer warrants that the elastomeric coating will last for fifty years on the surface it is applied to, subject to strict adherence to Manufacturer’s application instructions, and to recoat procedures for normal wear and tear. Warranty is limited to Manufacturer elastomeric coating only. If elastomeric coating does not meet the warranted standard, Manufacturer will replace elastomeric coating at no cost to purchaser.
WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL LABOR OR COSTS OF LABOR, and ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Manufacturer’s limited warranty excludes abuse of installed deck coating in any way, including, but not limited to non-pedestrian traffic, burns, chemicals, spiked shoes, sharp or abrasive objects, excessive weight, roots and planters set directly on deck surface, or submersion for more than 30 days. This warranty is void if Manufacturer elastomeric coating is painted or covered over with any product except Manufacturer product. This 50-year limited warranty is not transferable to successive property owners. Manufacturer offers no other express or implied warranties.
